Orange Honey or citrus fruit: the orange tree is a typical Mediterranean tree which blooms in May . The nectar is so abundant that it leak out from the corollas.
The aspect honey is: crystallized and with a creamy consistence, ivory white colour, strong odour, slightly aromatic, it reminds of orange blossom flowers. The taste is sweet while the aroma is intense, floral and fruity.
How to use: this is a type of honey lobed by all. It is excellent with fruity foods, in infuses, drinks, tee, lemon juice and yogurt.
